Regular airlines are expected to increase their capacity at the Alicante Airport in 2017. There are encouraging forecasts for winter 2017 on the Costa Blanca, as both "low cost" airlines and traditional airlines also increase their participation .
This winter is scheduled to fly more airlines than they did a year ago, such as the company KLM, Lufthansa, Aeroflot and Ikraine Inernational.
Also the companies Swiss International, Brussels Airlines and S7 will increase the number of seats with respect to the year 2016, while companies such as British Airways, SAS and Air Algerie will come to mind. Throughout the year 2017 the new connections of Finn Air and Tap will be added, airlines that have determined the Costa Blanca as an important and consolidated destination.
Undoubtedly, the arrival this year of more than 12 million passengers is a remarkable fact for the Aueropuerto de Alicante and for our Costa Blanca, with a trend of upward visits.
The so-called "low cost" airlines continue to increase significantly, as well as the traditions, which present a very interesting growth.
